Once I got through to the customer representative, they were polite and apologetic, arranged a redelivery.
Bad Points
Re-delivery has not turned up yet and after reading comments on this site I am very concerned.
General Comments
Re-delivery has not turned up yet and after reading comments on this site I am very concerned about receiving concert tickets I have paid nearly £100 for, and ordered by in December 2007.
I would really like the SMS customer services to contact me and resolve this ASAP and I would be happy to revoke my review.
