Cheap, booking on internet easy.


Bad Points

Staff taking it upon themselves to cancel your booking because of a perceived fault!


General Comments

Booking was easy. On the day, planes were fogged in and I was 8 hours late. I called at the time I was due and explained this. Got to Brisbane after 11pm and the lady claims I did not call to advise that I would be late so she had decided not to give me a car. I was at the airport with no transport to go the 3 1/2 hours to the Sunshine Coast and it was past 11pm. She didn't care. I'm unsure what makes her think she had the authority to cancel my booking.
