Good Points

- Excellent quality in music mp3s and ripped CDs.
- Credit-card size makes it totally handy.
- Movie and TV Shows have to be converted but can be viewed in really nice quality as well.


Bad Points

- Conversion of movies and TV shows (avi files) takes very long
- you have to use another converter to make wmv9 files out of your avi files, then have to use the Zen software to convert and transfer the movie files onto your player = time intensive!


General Comments

All-in-all, though, the Creative Zen 16GB is absolutely worth the money.
16GB offers a lot of capacity for music, videos and photos.
Furthermore, product functions also include an organizer and alarm clock.
