Don't do refunds
Terrible customer service
Bought a pair of expensive boots, wore them for 10 minutes at home and they were so painful I took them back the next day. I was told they did not do refunds. I emailed them to suggest that maybe they could make this a bit more obvious in store (there was a sign saying they did not do refunds on sale items, which implied they did refunds on other items to me..). They sent a very rude email back. I then wrote a letter to head office and never received a reply.
I have since been trying to spend the credit I have from the boots, which is difficult as my local office (Cardiff) never seems to have size 5s in the shoes I like!
I also tried to order a pair of shoes via their mail order. 14 days later I rang them up (took ages to get through) as I hadn't received the shoes. They told me that they hadn't been able to locate the shoes anywhere so I couldn't have them. Thanks for letting me know!
