Good Points

Very straightforward to use, loading is easy.


General Comments

Internet facility not very user-friendly (can't download transactions). Not fully confident about their security procedures. I only had my card for 2 months, and had two alleged fraudulent transactions posted. They froze the account pending an investigation (which is fair enough), but wouldn't refund the remaining funds back to my debit card - in case there are any more transactions coming through. So I can't access my funds for 30 days! Good product as long as nothing goes wrong. A pain to deal with if things do go wrong.
