General Comments

I'm trying to set up an expenditure protection plan (sickness). Cooperative Insurance Service insist on a face-to-face interview with one of their financial advisers (ie. salesmen) before setting up the policy - not sure why. Anyway I took time of work for the appointment but the adviser didn't show up or telephone. General admin problems when I called the office to try to re-schedule.....unclear voicemail options, endless hold music, can't find my record, wrong date of birth etc etc. Personally I expected a lot better from the Co-op.
