June 2008, Hong Kong to Auckland. It was full of passengers combine two flights London to Auckland and HK to Auckland. Some staff call themselves Kiwi were not friendly at all. They don't appear to know what customer service means, very negative. I will never recommond anybody to fly HK to Auckland route with this airline to experience the worst service again.
