I booked a family outing with a free taster lesson for my husband.
The service at the ski equipment hire was atrocious. There was one person at first a family of 5 and father and son before us. Eventually after 10 mins a extra assistant came and attended the father and son in front of us by this time another queue formed of newcomers in front of the new attendant. I had waited long enough so went to the late attendant who provided the ski equip I needed. Then the next person in that queue complained, The attendant was on 2 mins and a girl took over from him and he instructed her to serve the next person in that queue.
My point is that there should have been more than 1 staff member especially as the queue was getting longer. I didn't complain at that time because i didn't want my husband's father's day to be spoilt. Then my husband became irrate because ignorant people were just stepping on the weighing machine and pushing in front him. There should be more staff available to cater for customers at busy periods and to be aware of the queues. As a result we wont be going back to the Chill factor, we will be going to Ski Rossendale is much more customer friendly, not as expensive and more relaxing.
