Internet banking service works reasonably well with no glitches to date.
Dreadful mortgage service from mortgage centre and even worse from local branch.
Whilst we finally managed to reset our mortgage with HSBC, it was an arduous task. We chased and chased for information and assistance over a period of 7 weeks. Their general level of customer service has been quite appalling and after complaining we received little in the way of comfort that they recognised such.
