Bad Points

Heavy, belt has broken 4 times in 18 months.


General Comments

My Dyson DC04 is on the local council tip. I am fed up of paying out for new belts to be fitted. Web site says a proper repair man should refit, I think Dyson offer the service at some price. Unreliable vacuum cleaner.
