General Comments

CMT artists search on Anne Sands and Sands Family indicates that Anne Sands retired in 1975 and no longer tours with this Irish folk band.

Anne never retired but took a break from international touring between 1984 and 1994 as far as I am concerned. She continues to record with Sands Family and brought out a solo album in 2001.
She is even pictured on the covers of the two last Sands family albums which are for sale on CMT site!
