The vehicle hire set up at Sanford is very good when booked through Travel City Direct. It's quick, easy and hassle free.
Travelled with TCD on 2nd May 2008. They changed to smaller plane 1 week before our flight so had to stop to re-fuel. This added 2.5 hours to journey on the smallest, most cramped plane I've ever travelled on. No leg room or elbow room at all!
We have holidayed with Travel City Direct for last two years and could not fault them. However, this year it was a different story. Apart from 10.5 hours on a very cramped plane, we were very unhappy with the executive villa we were allocated. We were 2 couples and 2 singles so requested a 4 bed villa. 2 of the bedrooms had no wardrobes and when we complained a member of staff eventually came down. Villa had en-suite bathroom and only 1 other so 4 people had to share one bathroom each morning. As we'd only arrived very late the night before we refused. So had to stay put. We made the best of it but were very annoyed.
