Simply there are none!!!
Customer Service appalling... They just don't care about new customers or it seems even less about existing customers.
I ordered Sky + Last week on the 4th of June, I was promised and sent a letter saying it would be installed on the 11th, which I thought was a great turn around time. The engineer called me to inform me that he would be with me between 3 and 6pm, I waited until 7:30pm and still he had not arrived, I called Sky only to be told that the installation had been completed on their system... Strange that is... Since I had been waiting and no engineer arrived. The customer service team informed me that they would get my Sky Installed the following day. The technician then arrived at 8:35pm, and installed my Sky, however I still had not received my viewing card. I called Sky and was told that it takes 5 - 6 business days to get to me, how to they send their mail, with a Dove hunting for the home, or do they use Royal Mail like the rest of us and we all know that First Class is normally next day! It has now been 8 Days later and I still have not received my viewing card, they informed me that they would send me a new one and it would arrive in 5 - 6 days. What appalling customer service.... Pity that they seem to have a monopoly! Shocking... Catch a Wake Up Sky and Start to see the Sky!
