Bad Points

The Philips TV picture went really dark and green tinted after about 18 months. Couldn't see people's faces etc. Since reporting the fault in mid-May, I had to wait a week before it was picked up for repair. It came back just as bad. Lewis's repair contractors have since had the TV for almost another 2 weeks saying they need a spare part to be sent to them. Nearly a month without my TV - brilliant after service Lewis's - it's the last thing I buy off you.


General Comments

Appalling aftercare service, nearly a month since I reported my TV was faulty and I still haven't got it back yet - a disgrace.
