Bad Points

Delivered wrong sink with incorrect waste pipes. On requesting the right sink, we were told item delivered was a more expensive sink and encouraged to keep this one and purchase correct waste pipes locally.


General Comments

Titanic Sinks said we had accepted the sink and would not replace it or refund our money. We sent them a photo to prove the sink was incorrect. We wanted brushed stainless steel and this was not a brushed finish. The sink is still in its original packing and we have spent 9 months trying to get them to resolve this matter. They will not accept our recorded delivery letters (4), respond to emails or respond to messages left on the answerphone.
