Bad Points

One rep could not answer all our questions, but that is not the fault of the resort. Dinner buffet was not good (to my taste anyway). Having to be a 2h45pm in line to reserve your next day dinner or get up a 7h30 the next day to try and get a spot at the restaurant unless you go and see guest service then they arranges something.


General Comments

Overall loved our stay although the weather was very bad (week of june 6 to 13) was raining all week but we visited and had fun anyway. Again not the Royal Decameron's fault. Very well maintained grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food at the Al la Carte restaurants was very good. Beautiful resort. Mexican people know how to entertain. The shows are fabulous.
