Fabulous grounds, excellent staff and very willing to do almost anything to accommodate your requests. Ground staff presented me with bunches of flowers almost every day! Statement in room stated that towels and beds changed twice weekly but mine were changed daily! First Choice reps - went out of their way to assist me when I need to collect something from another hotel.
Bad Points
Beds are huge but feel like they are filled with concrete! Food became a bit repetitive but there are loads of restaurants within easy reach and the food was cheap and well presented. Hotel fairly close to the airport so was a bit noisy.
General Comments
Excellent place to stay if you are after a relaxing holiday. Entertainment was aimed at the children rather than adults but Naama Bay with its shops, bars and restaurants is within fairly easy reach by hotel shuttle bus. If you visit Naama Bay, you definitely need to sample the food at Viva Beach restaurant. The service is excellent, the staff friendly and the food was fabulous and very cheap.
If staying at this hotel, the reps would welcome some Cadbury's chocolate and a bottle of Bailey's!
