Good Points
Lost 3 stone in weight in 12 months with diet as well - thighs and legs looked so good I was sure they belonged to someone else! Used for 12 minutes/500 steps every day whilst losing weight and then reduced same time to every other day to maintain weight
Bad Points
Developed a repetitive strain injury called bursitis in my left thigh - extremely painful - 3 1/2 weeks off work - will always carry this injury and all because of this machine and the same constant movement when exercising - I thought it was a god send but now my ability to exercise in most ways is limited by this injury
General Comments
Initially very pleased with the Lateral Thigh Trainers and you will see results but bear in mind the possible damage you are doing - I never though that exercising on this machine could leave a 38 year old woman with a life long injury.
