Good Points

Absolutely Nothing....there was nothing that they offered that we wanted that we couldn't get somewhere else, and often for cheaper.

Bad Points

Not just bad Customer Service, but they don't even know what Customer Service means.
They are more expensive and have fewer channels in their comparative package than their competition.

General Comments

For the past 9 months we have been fighting with this company, and the past 2 months, we weren't even their customers any more.

They promised us a free portable DVD player when we signed up, but we never received it. After many phone calls and a lot of stress, we finally gave up and called to cancel our service. We demanded to not be charged an early termination fee because they were the ones that breached the contract (it stated right in the contract that we would receive this item). The lady we spoke with finally said she would make sure it was noted in our file and we would not be charged.

Now, we are fighting to get the charges removed from the credit card that we were required to give them when signing up. We were shocked to see this, not only because we had been told it was taken care of, but because we never used the card to pay the bills.

The man we spoke with tonight admitted their mistake, but still refused to compromise with us when we offered to pay the charges if they would only send us the DVD player that we were originally promised. He also refused to let us speak with his supervisor.

I can't think of any reason good enough to sign up with this company, regardless of the special channels or whatever it is that they offer. We are now with Dish Network. Our total bill is less, we receive more channels, and we have DVR.

I want to add that we are again having to fight with this company even though they are the ones in the wrong. And all this over a $52 early cancellation fee.
