Good Points

Excellent facilities, lovely, pleasant, clean hotel and food lovely


Bad Points

Theme Park shut at 8, kids disco did not commence until 9.15 pm and adult show at ten. Basically loved the holiday but evenings were dull, we enjoy family shows/ entertainment on other holidays but here girls 6 and 9 got fed up with same 4/5 songs every night. If they could be bothered to do competitions and/or games from approx. 7 pm they would keep people spending at the bar earlier for longer although that would create longer queues at the bar, currently 20 minutes average wait for a drink every night ! This is a small problem for them to correct overall the hotel is fabulous just a shame that the biggest family hotel we have stayed in provided the worst family evening entertainment.


General Comments

Hotel was informative, clean, fabulous location, wonderful facilities. I would recommend anyone wanting to maximise their holiday with visits to Theme Park and the wonderful Caribe Water Park to stay at El Paso. Had no involvement with Rep, does not seem to be any requirement for a rep at this hotel.
