Good Points

This rifle is virtually indestructable! It has been dropped on rocks, left on a salt-air beach for 2 weeks, and buried under 12 inches of earth! Yet it still fires accurately and reliably!

Bad Points

I cannot find out when it was made.

General Comments

Does anyone know the year of manufacture and the name of the company in Shanghai, China, which built this model 62.
The barrel also has a symbol of a diamond with a capital letter H in the middle of the diamond. It then reads, Model 62 and Made in Shanghai, China. It has a beautiful, hardwood stock and metal rear sight, with calibrated elevation, from 10 yards to 30 yards. The front sight is a post inside a circle. It is very well made and very strong, fires .177 pellets accurately at 30 yards or more. Muzzle velocity seems to be at least 600 fps.

does anyone have info. on this model?
