Good Points

Travelled to Florida with tcd in 2005 with no problems.

Bad Points

travelled again in 2008, never again.

General Comments

We booked our holiday months in advance,then at the last minute they said our direct flight would be stopping in gander to refuel because we were on a smaller plane. Did we stop in gander? No! it was Halifax, Nova Scotia. As we only booked flydrive the next 13 days were brilliant. Thank you Disney!
Then we come to the last day. We had booked freetime check in, arrived in LBV only to be told that it had been cancelled due to the change of airline. While we were on the tarmac a passenger was taken ill, had to stay the night in Orlando and find her baggage in the hold. An hour and a half later the captain apologises and actually said it was the fault of the airline. Brave man!!
It appears to me that tcd are advertising and charging for a service they know full well that they cannot fulfil. Never again.
