General Comments

When we arrived we were charged way over what I consider the odds for an extra person. We paid this as we had it explained to us it was for the cleaning and for all the extra hassle of giving us extra sheets and towels. When we went to bed the sheets and towels were not there. The next morning we went to make a complaint. One staff member offered us compensation for their mistake which we were in the process of accepting when another member of staff joined in the discussion, saying it was our fault we didn't have the sheets.
