Easy access to Customer Service using email. Replaced faulty items quickly. Good Customer problem resolution evident.
Bad Points
0871 for telephone contact - the system tells you how long you will have to wait. If the wait is too long call back later!
General Comments
Had a hardwood garden set since August 2007 from Kybotech. Had a few issues with two of the chairs breaking in 2008. They were very appologetic and allowed us to upgrade to a teak set effectively refunding the old sets value. This new set arrived promptly and is constructed to a high standard of materials and manufacture. We are very pleased with the product and the Customer Service offered. I get the feeling they are trying very hard to get things right.
