Ice Dispenser & Small hatch in door to get out milk without having to open main door.
Broke down not repairable 6 weeks outside of 2 year warranty.
The Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer was excellent until 6 weeks outside of the two year warranty. It started to make a funny noise and was losing temperature (same as mentioned on watch dog). Phoned samsung and they sent out an engineer who told us that the compressor was broken and oil had contaminated the system and that it was beyond economic repair. However, have been in contact with Samsung and they have agreed to replace it with a RSH1 FBMH. We are really pleased with this response because of course you do expect a fridge that you have paid over £700 pounds for to last longer than 2 years & 6 weeks. We will see how this model compares and more importantly how long it lasts!
