Makes the PC run slow in my experience
I too have asked for my money back and they are telling me to phone them. I can never get through and they recommend I look at their FAQ's I on the web site. I have tried all the so called fixes and the only way to get the PC back to normal was to remover their product.
I have since installed McAffee with no probs whatsover.
Their online support I found unhelpful and slow therefore I do not recommend Grisoft AVG.
