Very helpful and friendly customer service advisers, excellent telephone and internet banking, ethical, treat you as a customer and not a profit.
Bad Points
Slightly low interest rate on savings.
General Comments
Overall, I am very satisfied with the Co-operative Bank. They have a brilliant telephone banking service with all call centres being UK based, a strict ethical policy so I know my money isn't being invested in unethical things, clear and regular statements, also I know that the co-op are responsible lenders and treat you as a customer not a profit....savings account rates are pretty low however.
