Waiting for wine for over two weeks, they first claimed they had delivered it and left it at back door which I found very strange as there had been three people in the house at the time, disputed this and was told that the wine was on route in Durham! We live in south-east. I received a confirmation email yesterday that it had been delivered, once again we were at home still no wine. I think I will just give up... Most internet sites offer fast delivery and supply as promised. Virgin have not succeeded in this in my experience therefore I do not recomemnd VirginWines.com
