Good Points
The hose works well when using it on the corners and crevices of the carpet.

Bad Points
Since the day I bought this stupid thing, I have hated it. It constantly throws small rocks or crumbs back at my feet. It makes me mad that I can't have a clean carpet.

General Comments
I had a GE vacuum before this Dyson and it was a cheap one, but worked a lot better than this thing does. I also called dyson and they told me there were no authorized service centers around me and that I could take it to Sears and have them repair it. But I would have to pay for the repairs, I would rather not waste my money after reading other reviews of repairs that didn't work.Don't buy this machine. It's not worth the money or the effort of constantly cleaning every nook and cranny on this thing.
