Good Points

On-line sign up + freephone number for info & sign up


Bad Points

Its difficult to find out the correct information on the security your buying with the broadband services.
The server doesn't work for the sign-up of new customers, so whats it like for customers locked in for 12 months?
Customer service very friendly but Tech Support worth varied depending on who you spoke to.


General Comments

The Post Office Phone Service on-line sign up was not working. No on-line info for security package.
Intending to sign up with P O, I phoned to check details of security package included with Broadband Standard and Extra. Eventually the 3rd. person (Tech.Support) told me the Post Office had a contract with Kaspersky and included Anti Virus or Internet Security respectively, as long as you subscribed to the broadband service. I tried to order on-line but the (Apache) server was not working (I was starting to lose confidence) so phoned them again (maybe to order). This time I was told you get a 30 day trial for Kaspersky or Net Intelligence respectively. I had the feeling if I asked someone else I would get a new answer.
