Bad Points
Extortionate price increases. Customer service operator who sounds like never completed his education.
General Comments
I unfortunately have claimed several times, as my Labrador has hip and elbow displasia diagnosed at 9 months old, my monthly payments were £12 in first year, the best price for cover I could find, then jumped to £22 last year which was fair enough we had claimed quite a bit, now £28 month, with £70 excess not £50 was previous my dog is only just 2 yrs old, I do not like, or feel comfortable with new underwriters and the claim form is no longer simple, very complicated, but they ve got me where they want me as I have no choice but to stay with them, I m worried for future years.
