General Comments

I've been through hell, i had an 18 month contract with them and direct debit, being a student i thought this dd would be easier for me. Orange kept adding bits to my contract deal and charging me for them, they even took more money out of my account because of all the extra add ons that i didn't even use and to be honest wasn't even aware of. Id be surprised if orange even read half the comments on here and act upon it, its ironic how they claim calls are recorded when really customers ought to start doing the same as evidence! PLEASE PLEASE NEVER USE ORANGE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FACE EXTORTION, LIES AND A HEADACHE! We don't deserve it!! We pay their wages they should give us the service!! But the reality is its all about commission!!
