Good Points

The limo was on time, there are no other good points at all.


General Comments

I had booked this limousine for me and my newly wedded wife, we had got married in Dunstable just 2 hours before the limo arrived. I had been assured that the limo would look nice because i was worrying about everything, i was also told that it would be new.
My wife is expecting our first baby anytime now and we ordered the limo to pick us up from The Melia White House Hotel in Albany Street, Regents Park to take us on a very short journey one way to The Aldwych Theatre. I was told a price of £115 which was still expensive for what would be a very quick journey but i proceeded with the transaction and paid a £20 deposit by card. After seeing the car i refused to take the journey in the filthy car and now Easy Limos yet to return any communication that i send. I was told that i booked a 'standard' car, they did not say that they had different levels of standards. Even so a standard car should not mean that it can expect to transport people in a filthy car.
Do yourself a big favor if you are looking for a special experience . . . . .
