Very Comfortable. Amazing Service. Great Entertainment
Seem to have a few minor but regular time keeping issues. One of the Lounges at DXB is poor compared to the other.
Flew with Emirates lots of times from UK to Dubai in both Economy and Business Class.
Economy is great, legroom is half decent, the entertainment is good (on demand movies) and the food is particularly good. They actually give you a small but well presented Menu which is a nice touch.
Business Class is great too, seats are as you would expect but not totally flat, although it is my understanding they are changing them.
Service is excellent, staff kept us supplied with a good flow of drinks and couldn't do enough for us.
On my last flight, myself and a colleague boarded the plane in Dubai after spending a couple of hours in the lounge (there are two at Dubai Airport, one is great, the other...not so great, not enough seats at all and it resembled a thrown together pre fabricated building.)
On boarding the plane we had a delay, so having had a gruelling day of meetings, myself and my colleague enjoyed the champagne which was plentiful! After 30 minutes a passenger fell ill and the captain informed us there would be an extended delay. Both me and my colleague simultaneously reached for the call button to ask (very nicely!) for more champagne. The rest is history, the pilot must be very skilled and smooth because we both woke up over Turkey!
Overall, Emirates is one of my favourite airlines in both Economy and Business Class.
