Value for Money. Service
Entertainment System (Headphones were faulty on the last 4 flights I have taken). Food pretty poor. Cleanliness.
Flown Virgin a number of times over the past few years and general they are pretty good. Service is good, prices are good but... for the last 4 flights I have taken the headsets stop working in one or both ears, on the last flight we had 3 replacements and I estimate at least 10 people around us had the same problem. Very poor show.
The entertainment was reasonable with the latest movies but on a 10 hour flight in this day and age, I would expect the leading airlines to have on demand video.
Nevertheless, I would fly virgin again, but they probably wouldn't be my first choice.
