Good Points

Product cheaper than other sites taking into account free delivery.

Bad Points

Very poor communication when things go wrong.

General Comments

Placed order on line with Play.com 30/05/08 for 22" Samsung LCD TV. Order processed OK. Then picked up e-mail three days later saying that there was problem with account and should phone play.com. I was told that additional security checks were required BEFORE they could process my order and assured me that it would arrive within the week. Two weeks later nothing. I called Play.com who told me that between placing my order and the additional security check the tv had been discontinued and I should choose another TV. Wasted nearly 3 weeks attempting to buy a TV from play.com.
