Impressive feature set
Quick response to support tickets
No downtime
I have a reseller account and have had no problems at all. Anytime I've had a technical question, I submit a 'trouble ticket' and generally receive a reply well within 24 hours and there has been no downtime on any of the sites I host.
The feature set is particularly impressive an it is possible to install blogs, bulletin boards, ecommerce shops, content management systems and CRM's even if you are a novice user.
I applaud Hearts commitment to updating the technology as it progresses. In the past 2 years they have moved most of my sites to newer, faster servers and kept me informed of the process.
