On returning faulty goods, it soon became obvious that the staff we dealt with, including the manager, were unaware of consumer rights under The Sale of Goods Act.
We were offered a replacement and no other alternative,
We were directed to the Services and Insurance page of their catalogue (irrelevant).
We were given a consumer helpline for US to phone!!!
