Good Points

OK interest rate, easy to transfer between and to external accounts.

Bad Points

Terrible customer service (obviously not a specific savings account issue), difficult to get anything sorted quickly if there are problems.

General Comments

The interest rate and ease of use and access don't make up for the generally bad customer service and slow response times when trying to get in touch with them.
