Good Points

There were no good points about the beds, see bad points.


Bad Points

The beds themselves were noisier than the sales rep told us and our neighbours complained they can here the motors everytime we moved the beds up and down, my back pain was getting stiffer and had to be referred back for more physio to relieve the pain, also i noticed i was having more pins and needle effecting my legs more, and when you put them on low vibrate i always got a headache afterwards i definitely felt worse than when i went to bed. i eventually went back to my old bed and ow feel better and sleeping more.


General Comments

We could run all day about general comments, but craftmatic in itself were poor. Come on, ten days to try them out, now they wont cancel my agreement hey it took 3 days for delivery and they tell me thats 3 days off the ten day trial period and i still have the beds in a spare room been there for a month collecting dust they don't want to know now the finance company are trying it on with me. I'm talking to lawyers now and they are looking in to my case. Trading standards are considering looking into my case just waiting for a reply from them even contacted watchdog to see if my consumer rights were affected hope to hear from them soon to, but what about the space in my spare room i cant move in my house now.
