2nd booking went through no problems. A member of my staff had a good stay in Dubai with payment organised through cheaphotelsresorts.com
Bad Points
First incorrect booking was immediately canceled and I received an email stating that the funds had been credited to my credit card. It has now been 11 days with no sign of refund.
General Comments
My main issue is that companies should not process payment until they can assure the accommodation for the dates you requested. Once this is confirmed with the hotel, they should then debit you card for their service.
The problem here is that cheaphotelsresorts.com are very quick to take payment but seem to disappear when they owe money.
I have tried calling all their numbers with no answer and tried to fax however their fax also had a connection error. Email is the only form of contact but there is no way of knowing if they are even being received.
Based on this experience, I would never use their service again.
