Good Points
Much better car than paid for - paid for 4 door intermediate with air-con, got a VW Touran which should have been over double the price if we'd booked it initially.

General Comments
I would highly recommend Hiper!!



The car was the one thing myself and my partner were a bit worried about in relation to our holiday as we were travelling with two friends and their 5 month old daughter and after booking with Hiper via Holiday Autos, I'd read some awful reviews so was dreading picking the car up in case it was too small or was in a bad state, which some people had said their cars had been.



In actual fact we needn't have worried at all. The chap was waiting to pick us up from the airport and took us the short bus journey to pick the car up, the car was twice the size we'd paid for and quite new (it had a few scratches etc. but I don't think any of the cars in the whole of Menorca didn't!) but generally it was amazing for the price we'd paid.



The staff were helpful and even though on Holiday Autos website it said we'd have to take the car back empty (which we thought would be a bit of a mission and we would be out of pocket if we didn't), Hiper told us if we too it back full then we wouldn't get charged for them filling it up, even more of a bonus.



Overall, we were really pleased that everything went so smootly, it took the stress away which was our main concern, after all they could have charged us for a bigger car if they'd have wanted to.
