Bad Points

Extremely slow, unreliable, incompetent. At one point they even delivered 2 other people's credit cards to me!


General Comments

I am utterly fed up with this company. As someone previously said, my heart sinks when I get a letter from them saying they are attempting "redelivery". On the latest occasion my problem is compounded by the fact that Nationwide have send me THREE replacement debit cards for one I lost on 9 May. Each time the card is swallowed by the machine, I have formally complained to Nationwide who take 6 weeks to respond. I don't know yet who is to blame for my cards being cancelled while undertaking their 10 day expedition from Slough to London, but if I find out I will report back. I also lost several other cards, they were all delivered very quickly, but the only other card from SMS - a Nationwide credit card, took around 3 weeks.

Previously, SMS have delivered other people's cards to me!

I could waste half my life writing more detail, but just look at the other reviews here.

I have now written to Nationwide asking them not to use SMS anymore.

I never want to see another SMS letter or driver again in my life!
