Easy set up. Text messages updating you on order status are a nice touch. Good support line / UK based and standard BT rates.

Had O2 broadband for a couple of weeks now. Have to say I am impressed so far. I have 8meg for £12.50 p/m as not an o2 mobile customer but I still think this is good value. Easy order process on-line or over the phone with UK based staff. They text you on the status of your order through to completion which is a great touch. You even have the option of replying to a text to ask for the o2 box to be delivered on a different day if inconvenient. I am averaging around 4.5 download speed which is around the average. No issues with it dropping connection at all. The set up is really easy...all very automated via the CD supplied - just plug in and go. It was up and running on the day that they stated...had my line connected that day too due to trouble with BT and within 5 minutes of the line being connected I had a text from 02 saying it was up and running. Co-incidence? If not then excellent service. I would recommend this package. My only gripe is that I currently cannot access BBCi player as the BBC website identifies the server as being non-UK. I will test 02's customer service line for this issue and see if the comments posted elsewhere about the service being good are true.
