Good Points

Cheap compared to the competition and the box is very easy to use.


Bad Points

The extras work out expensive if you need even the slightest bit more than standard freeview. Even the BBC repeats that is free everywhere else is charged at £3 per month.
Will not work if you do not have a BT Homehub connection.
Kids channels are more of individual packages so there is no continuity to viewing. It's more like renting single episodes.


General Comments

I gave the BT Vision V Box a shot as they offered it for free, but I'm afraid it will have to take it's place in the bottom of my cupboard.
I am switching to Virgin NTL as the cost of my broadband and phone line with Vision is about the same as a superior Virgin package.

Last straw for me was when I was getting charged £3 for free BBC repeats that i can download in iplayer.
