I wish I had known about this site prior to my order, it would have saved me $100! What a mistake to order anything through this company. I ordered one fender flare for my Jeep, which according to the website should have matched the other 3 but did not. I called the company and they said to return it and they would refund the part and all shipping. Well, it cost $65 to ship the $55 part back to them and of course, all they refunded was the $55 cost of the part, not the $35 shipping to me nor the $65 back to them. After speaking on 5 different occasions (customer non-service) and being told on 4 occasions that my refund was being processed, finally the last person told me I would not be getting a refund. Also, the credit card companies will not get involved when the dispute concerns shipping charges. I'm out $100 for a $55 part and will never do business with this company again.
