I've started the special K diet today. I've had one bowl for breakfast and one for lunch, and I had two of the cereal bars for my tea breaks, spaced out in the day. I'm not a great fruit lover, but I'm thinking tomorrow I'll bring in grape for my snacks instead, it can't hurt can it?
The cereal is very tasty and surprisingly filling too!!
I've noticed, that by cutting down on what I eat, I'm actually gaining weight, so hopefully if I follow this diet, it will get rid of some of that. I'm rubbish at dieting and I really hope I'll see results because when I put my mind to something, I become quite disciplined.
