No quibble at any time, Paid vet direct promptly. Contact very swift, courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

General Comments
We insured two greyhounds with Paws Pet Insurance, and had to make many demands on Paws.
We never had any problem. The contact at the end of the phone Actually knew what we were talking about, made immediate decisions, and genuinely seemed concerned. I would recommend Paws, and am just about to insure my latest greyhound with them. They may be a bit more expensive, but a pet isn't a car!
