Dihl WF-14 Wine Fridge Review

Looks OK, slim, fits in the area required, shiny stainless steel.

Doesn't cool below 11C, fan always running, loud, customer service hard to contact, instruction booklet sparse.

I ordered this Dihl WF-14 Wine Fridge from ToYourHome and it arrived as notified on Tuseday 03 June 2008. It was dented underneath, but nothing seemed to be broken and all visible parts looked OK. etting up was easy (except for trying to add the door handle which had to be negotiated carefully to avoid dropping a screw into the body of the door.
Levelled it and then switched on. Very noisy fan, but I assumed it would shut down when it reached the operating temperature - 24 hours later I'm still waiting. It does shut down, but only if you select something like 12C as a temp. But then it will run at 13-14C for most of the time, fan cutting in and out.
But it's the customer service that's the problem. Couldn't find a telephone number and struggled to get replies to emails (it's been almost a week now) on either Tech Support or Sales. I even filled in the screen on the Dihl site (again, no number) and no reply there either.
I'd pack it back up and send it back but it'd cost me money for their fault and as I can't contact them, how do I organise a refund?
First Dihl product I've even bought, and my last!
