Friendly staff, scenery/sets good at Dickens World. I can only echo the sentiments of the bad reviews. I would certainly agree with the writer who felt that the favourable ones had been posted by management. I and my family have rarely felt so let down by an "attraction". You would struggle to spend more than 45 minutes there and would certainly come out feeling cheated and annoyed at the time wasted there.
